In short: we collect only what we need to schedule your cleaning, keep in touch about it and run Clean Rewards. We never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
Stanfill Elite Clean Pros is a locally owned cleaning business in Lexington, Tennessee. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means us. You can reach us at (731) 602-2456 or hello@stanfillelitecleanpros.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and phone number. Your password is handled by Google's secure sign-in service; we never see it.
- Your bookings: the service you pick, the date and time of day, the size of your place, and any notes you add (like pets or a gate code).
- Clean Rewards: whether you joined, and the points you earn and use.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, text or phone.
We don't use advertising trackers on this website, and we don't collect payment card details here.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, change or cancel your cleanings.
- To email you about your bookings, like confirmations, date changes and reminders.
- To keep track of your Clean Rewards points.
- To reach you if we have a question about a job.
- To help you reset your password when you ask.
Who else sees it
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. A few trusted services help us run the business:
- Google Firebase stores your account and bookings securely.
- DayZift, our booking and scheduling software (a product of LIT America), shows us your booking requests and sends the related emails for us.
- Our cleaning crew sees the details needed to do the job, such as your name, the date and your notes.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and booking history while you're a customer, so rebooking is quick and your points stay safe. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details. We may keep basic records of past jobs and payments where we need them for our business taxes.
Your choices
- Update your name and phone number in My account on this website.
- Ask us for a copy of what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email or call us.
- Leave Clean Rewards at any time by letting us know.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored with Google's security, and only you and our business can see your bookings. No system is perfect, though, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For a big change, we'll let customers know by email.
